Wongnai Merchant App (RMS) empowers restaurant owners with the ability to manage all restaurant information, see and reply to customer reviews.     น่าจะเพิ่มโหมดที่ให้พนักงานรับออเดอร์ได้เท่านั้น ปัจจุบันถ้าจะใช้คือพนักงานที่ร้านสามารถกเแก้ไขทุกอย่างในแอพได้หมดเลย รวมทั้งข้อมูลร้าน ซึ่งน่าจะให้แค่ดูและจัดการออเดอร์ได้เท่านั้น

    อยากให้ทางแอปแก้ไข ให้ร้านอาหารได้ตอบกลับรีวิวคอมเม้นของลูกค้าได้ค่ะ เพราะบางครั้งลูกค้ารีวิวแบบผิดๆ ทำให้ร้านอาหารไม่มีโอกาสได้ชี้แจงหรืออธิบาย ทำให้ลูกค้าท่านอื่นที่เข้ามาอ่านเข้าใจผิดไปด้วย หรือแม้แต่ รีวิวอาหารที่ดีลูกค้าชื่นชมอาหาร ร้านค้าก็ไม่สามารถที่จะตอบกลับ แม้แต่คำว่า “ขอบคุณ”ลูกค้าได้เลย อย่างแอปอื่นๆเขายังสามารถตอบกลับรีวิวได้ ทำให้ทั้งสองฝ่ายเข้าใจและพอใจมากขึ้นด้วยค่ะ

    ช่วงหลังๆมาแย่พอสมควรออเดอร์ไม่ดัง โดนยกเลิกแจ้งไปก็เหมือนเดิม ตอนแรกเป็นรับอัตโนมัติ ปิดร้านชั่วคราว ออเดอร์ก็เด้ง คืออะไรงง มันไม่ได้ดีขึ้น มันแย่ลง เราเชื่อว่าถ้าเราไม่ลูกค้าจากแอฟนี้เราจะยกเลิกซะ มันหลายครั้งไม่ใช่ครั้งเดียว หรือ สองครั้งมาหลายครั้งแล้วนะ เหมือนจงใจจะให้ซื้อเครื่องโพสต์หล่ะ จงใจจริงๆ

    ระบบแย่ขึ้นมาก ส่งงานไรเดอร์รับงานซ้อน ส่งงานลูกค้าช้า ลูกค้าก็มากดลดดาวว่าทางร้านทำช้า ทั้งๆที่ส่งไปนานแล้ว แต่ไรเดอร์ต้องรับงานพ่วง ส่งหลายที่ แล้วอีกปัญหาคือ ลูกค้ากดลดดาวแต่ไม่มีความเห็น ทางร้านก็จะไม่ทราบสาเหตุ ควรมีช่องแชทคุยกับลูกค้า ไม่ใช่ให่มีแต่แชทกับไรเดอร์ และบางทีไรเดอร์แกล้งร้านค้า มาถึงร้านปุ๊บจะรับสินค้าเลย แล้วแกล้วถ่ายรูปว่ารอนานแล้วที่หน้าร้าน ทั้งที่มาถึงยังไม่เกิน3 นาที ที่ร้านกดรับออเดอร์เลย

    พออัพเดต ปรับระบบใหม่ ใช้งานโครตยุ่งยาก การรับออเดอร์อัตโนมัติก็ไม่ดี ไม่ต้องการระบบนี้ค่ะ เปลี่ยนเป็นให้กดรับแทนเหมือนเดิมดีกว่าค่ะ

    อยากให้ การรีวิวลูกค้า แก้ไขได้บ้างให้โอกาสทางร้านได้ชี้แจ้งบ้างค่ะ ทางร้านไม่สามารถทำไรได้เลย บ้างครั้ง อาจเกิดจากการเข้าใจผิด ทำให้ทางร้าน มีคะแนนรีวิวที่ไม่ดี เพราะรีวิวแล้วไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนได้ อยากให้แอปปรับปรุงในส่วนนี้มากๆค่ะ
